The grapes are softly pressed and the must obtained is placed in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10 ° C, so as to obtain a natural decantation. Then the chardonnay is decanted in new French and Hungarian oak barrels, where it carries out alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in barriques on the fine lees, during which malolactic fermentation takes place. Fiano, on the other hand, is fermented in steel, at a temperature of 16 ° C, in order to enhance the notes of freshness and acidity.
COLOR: Bright yellow with greenish hues.
BOUQUET: The nose expresses numerous fragrant nuances ranging from citrus to exotic fruits, to light floral sensations (magnolia) and vanilla.
TASTE: sapid, fresh and mineral with very slight wood notes.

This elegant Chardonnay is born in the "Tenuta Bocca di Lupo" in full Murgia and the origin of its name is inspired by this territory. "Pietrabianca" reminds, in fact, the rocks in which the peasants come across during the preparation of the soil and which, once ground and integral parts of the soil, help to enhance the aromas of the wines that are born there. Rich, complex and at the same time fresh and pleasant, with notes of toasted grass and hazelnuts, it is recommended in combination with first courses of fish or meat, fish of high gastronomy, white meats and semi-mature cheeses.
